(a) Implement the functionality collecting statistics from the buildbots, see
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51995#Statistics
(b) Just submit a list of all ports that you need built. Those that
have already been built successfully will be skipped, so there's no
significant overhead in submitting too many ports. Only the 10.5/PPC
worker suffers from some undiagnosed super inefficiency and usually
needs 45 minutes to do nothing.
