Looks like the py26-numpy and py33-numpy subports either have to be deleted or
pinned to an older version:
Executing: cd
"/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_bblocal_var_buildworker_ports_build_ports_python_py-numpy/py33-numpy/work/numpy-1.13.3"
&& /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.3/bin/python3.3
setup.py --no-user-cfg build
DEBUG: system: cd
"/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_bblocal_var_buildworker_ports_build_ports_python_py-numpy/py33-numpy/work/numpy-1.13.3"
&& /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.3/bin/python3.3
setup.py --no-user-cfg build
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 34, in <module>
raise RuntimeError("Python version 2.7 or >= 3.4 required.")

If you want to remove the subports, be sure to first address all the other
ports that depend on them.
