nope, but I'm not behind a firewall with stupid policy ;-)

Most distfiles are available via http/s (there used to be a small number that 
only had ftp mirrors - but I stopped keeping track of that when we moved off of 
MacOS Forge and stopped using my proxy server for the distfiles mirror). There 
are some ports that (unwisely) also use various scm's to pull sources directly. 
This should be discouraged.
