That happens if the patchfile being referenced in the Portfile does not
exist in the files directory.
Yeah, I actually figured out the problem shortly after I posted that, but
as I was driving somewhere. That's what I get for rushing. :-)
It's my fault that it wasn't seeing the patchfile, though it's unclear to
me why it would ever be useful to try to fetch it from the distfile
mirrors.
