FYI, Software Update is now installing the Xcode 11.2 Command Line Tools.

Ryan, can you make sure the builder has this update ? Note that
'Software Update' might not automatically do it, if the package receipts
for the CLT where removed (as they have been on the two machines I have
access to running 10.15) when Xcode 11.2 was installed. See
https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#reinstall-clt
on how to fix this. Currently the developer site does not have the
package, so I used the second solution.
