It is MacPorts policy not to autostart daemons. We only deviate from this policy where the port would not make sense at all if it were not autostarted, e.g. the mpstats and certsync ports. SDRplay3 also autostarts its service, and should probably changed not to do that. I've pushed [1] to fix that.
