I created a new port <https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/10162>
for MacPassHTTP, but the build fails on the build server (it builds fine on my
local macOS-11). ibtools claims there is a permission problem (or missing
files/folders).
Here is the error from the server logs:

I tried to create those .lproj folders before the build starts as a workaround,
but it did not help. I am running out of ideas what to do. Any ideas?
