security certificate

Hi.  I would like to ask a favor of someone who has access to a v10.7 
and v10.8 system.  Could you please tell me if a security certificate[1] 
exists on each system?  It was created after v10.6 was released, but I 
am not sure when it was added.  Thanks in advance!
