Same here. This started a few hours ago. This is known to happen from time to time, due to website hosting issues. Just wait for the website maintainer to fix. USA holiday just started, so it might take a while. Most recent incident, September: https://github.com/macports/macports-webapp/issues/415
Meanwhile, I can get fully functioning pages for specific ports if I enter the exact URL.
