Yes, our Trac server has been under DDoS attack by AI crawlers for months now; there have been other mailing list threads about this unfortunate situation and our administrator's continuing efforts to block them while still allowing users access. I have also encountered the "Service unavailable" message many times today. If you wait a little while and retry, possibly a few times, it should eventually work.
