A rude but effective solution is to run this bash script (starting from
worksrcdir):
cd autconf;
for file in config.guess config.sub depcomp install-sh missing; do
rm $file
ln -s /usr/share/automake-1.6/$file $file
done
And then ./configure works flawlessy. Can I execute something like that
in some way before the configuration phase?
