Do you have both X11User.pkg and X11SDK.pkg installed? I guess you
have the former (from the Mac OS X DVD) but not the latter (from
the Xcode disk image). Check /Library/Receipts to make sure, and
install whichever is missing.
X11SDK.pkg was missing. Thanks.
