In at most 12 hours, the index will have regenerated and you can do
this:
sudo port selfupdate
port outdated
sipcalc will show as being outdated. You can then upgrade:
sudo port -u upgrade sipcalc
In the future, you can
report problems in our Trac issue tracker, but make sure to Cc the
maintainer of the port.
