On my test 10.3.9 system - tclsh is 8.4.4
On my primary 10.4.11 system - tclsh is 8.4.7
On my test 10.5.1 system - tclsh is 8.4.7
On my primary server (10.3.9) - tclsh is 8.5.0 - the macports
installed version - needed for "expect"
