Mounts fine on my machine--can you try downloading it again?
I have tried several times using both the default archive utility
and stufit expander. neither produces a mountable file system after
several downloads. All my other download activities are working
normally.
It worked fine for me just now. Do you have the same file I do? Same
checksum and file size? Here's what I have:
$ ls -l PortAuthority.dmg
-rw-r--r-- 1 rschmidt rschmidt 5434225 Jan 24 23:41
PortAuthority.dmg
$ md5 PortAuthority.dmg
MD5 (PortAuthority.dmg) = cd8bd0c65e309871e2b1518904a24c9d
