Assumed I could not, I shall try. The name has install it in, so I
thought it would just not work in a post activation state.
xinstall works any time. It's like copy but a little different. For
stylistic reasons I generally use xinstall in destroot and copy in
other phases but there's no technical reason it has to be that way.
