I do not think this is the proper response to the command. For the
record org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist is in /Library/
LaunchAgents/ and org.freedesktop.dbus-system.plist is in /Library/
LaunchDaemons.

This is what I have done that worked.
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.freedesktop.dbus-
system.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-
session.plist
Did you use sudo? Did you load the Daemon first? I think order
matters.
