That is not a problem.

It looks like the problem is the +monarch varaint of nagios which cannot ever work (it adds a dependency on the monarch port which already depends on nagios). Cycles aren't allowed in the dependency graph, so this breaks MacPorts.

As a workaround for you, I think you will get what you want by just doing `port install monarch`

(I don't use nagios or monarch, so I'm not sure if that will actually do what you want, though).
