"clean" doesn't remove installed files, just as "uninstall" doesn't remove distfiles.

This is your hint right here: you have the port "texlive_texmf- minimal" installed.
Tottie:/<1>local% port installed texlive
This will only catch texlive itself. "port installed texlive*" (which I think I suggested before) would be more helpful.
