1. Snow Leopard v. 10.6.2.
2. New install of MacPorts - package installed with no errors.
3. Installed:
Apache2
MySQL
PHP5 apache2 suhosin
php5-curl
php5-ftp
**failed on php5-gd, complaining about freetype**
4. Issued: port -d install freetype
5. Got: (only error was as follows)
DEBUG: Image error: /opt/local/include/freetype2/freetype/ftadvanc.h
already exists and does not belong to a registered port. Unable to
activate port freetype.
