Thanks ! It's working now. I have now the right answer from lipo, and I was able to install gettext (I suppose the others will install as well).
I still can't understand why lipo was not working... I took it again from the same DVD and now it's working. Strange... Anyway, thanks very much for your precious help, I must admit this was way above my head...
