I don't know if it's possible to compile gnome-subtitles for Mac OS X, but you 
can certainly try!

Your first steps should be to discover whether glade-sharp and gconf-sharp are 
separate from glade and gconf, respectively, and if so, to create ports for 
each of them. Then you can begin trying to create a port for gnome-subtitles.
