Thanks Ryan and Michael, cleaning and reinstalling did the trick for
both phonon and kile-devel.
There are new problems though -- I'll rather start a new thread.

"Skipping completed" means this was not a clean build. Have you
tried cleaning phonon and trying again?
sudo port clean phonon
