Hi all,
the ultimate question is if there is a person able to start gnome using osx
10.6.5.
If such a person exists, he will gain a large amount of consideration
describing ALL the starting procedure step by step and drawing a list of
additional scripts needed and of the other software invoked. Otherwise, an
advice should be issued that gnome is not currently available for 10.6.5,
considering that compilation of gnome package requires 3-4 hours.
May be there is who knows if KDE is more domestic...
