Ok, so something is still missing or incompatible; since the adacore version
is newer than the one the port knows about, it might not be possible to use
it any more.
Maybe you should try one of the other bootstrap methods ("port variants
gnat-gcc" shows 3 other bootstrap methods, one of which uses an Ada from
macports so might be easier to deal with).
