I've been trying to get mutt to be able to send email, but I don't know what I need to configure. I tried using ssmtp, but it consistently segfaults (as noted in <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/27673>). When I don't give mutt any outgoing mail configuration it seems to be happy sending, but no email ever arrives anywhere. It seems to be getting queued in /var/spool/postfix/active, but I am not familiar enough with postfix to figure out what I should be doing with it. Help?
