Sounds like your /opt/local/lib/libtiff.3.dylib is not of the same architecture as libpoppler.19.dylib, therefore it tries to find other copies of libtiff.3.dylib on your system and finds /usr/lib/libtiff.3.dylib which is of the right architecture, but is too old. Let's confirm that by looking at the architectures of the two libraries.
