The MythTV port is in progress but hasn't been
committed to MacPorts, yet. (I authored the
port.) See:

In fact, the files attached to the ticket are not
even the latest version. One of the MacPorts
maintainers has been working with me get it ready
to commit.
I'd be happy to have someone run through build
and install process. I *think* it is ready to go
but it is easy to overlook some wrinkles!
