You are right in theory. But in reality, HFS+ Journaled must have bugs because 
it gets corrupted all the time. That's why I find that Disk Warrior is still 
frequently necessary to repair problems on the many computers that I manage. I 
was very bummed when I heard Apple scrapped XFS.
