Or possibly you just have to unload that unusually-named plist, and then maybe
reload the normally-named plist:
launchctl unload -w
/Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist.mp_1398868931
launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist
