Folks, NEVER make up your own IP address!  You may not notice the impact, 
but others will.

FWIW, 8.8.8.8 belongs to Level 3 (the whole 8/8 does, in fact), in turn 
assigned to Google (8.8.8/24).

The RFC1918 addresses are there for a reason...
