It appears that the version of Xcode 6.1 that is available on the Mac App Store (CFBundleVersion 6604, ProductBuildVersion 6A1052d) is slightly newer than the version of Xcode 6.1 that was available previously on the Apple Developer web site (CFBundleVersion 6602, ProductBuildVersion 6A1052d) so if you got your version of Xcode 6.1 from the developer site before it was available on the App Store, you should probably update.
