In current ~macports/Library/Preferences I do have com.apple.t.Xcode.plist.

Examining the Time Machine backup from the old Mac, I see:

       $ ls /Volumes/Time
Machine/Backups.backupdb/MyMac/2015-12-01-181009/pt/local/var/macports/home/Library/Preferences
   com.apple.LaunchServices.plist       com.apple.ibtool.plist
  com.apple.dt.Xcode.plist              com.trolltech.plist
  com.apple.dt.xcodebuild.plist         xcodebuild.plist

The other 5 listed there are not needed any longer?
