I think we should bump up first zabbix2 to php56, this might probably fix my 
issue with the failing pre-req “always_populate_raw_post_data set to on”
even it is set in the php.ini to -1. 

Maybe zabbix3 could later be build with php70 when all the modules are working 
with php70 and it is more common used.
