There was an update to a core port (libffi) with many very large deps. The buildbots are working overtime to catch up, but the binaries should be populating in gradually...
you can check on <https://packages.macports.org/llvm-9.0> or similar for the one you want before updating, if you would like to be sure yours is ready. K
