How do I follow the recommendation from trac.macports.org
<http://trac.macports.org/> ticket #61055 about "updating openscad to a newer
version first; maybe upstream has already fixed it", pointng to
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/61056, when I cannot install openscad in the
first place. I'm getting the previously reported error:

fatal error: 'parser.tab.h' file not found
}}}
I used the "port livecheck openscad" command to find that the new version is
2019.05, but even the MacPorts openscad-devel version is only 2018.04.
How proceed?
