The "dyld: Library not loaded" message clearly comes from /usr/local/bin/wish, so if you want that fixed, you should report the problem to whoever provided the installer that installed /usr/local/bin/wish. The path "/usr/local/lib:/opt/X11/lib/libtk8.6.dylib" doesn't look valid; it should be a simple absolute path to a library, like "/opt/X11/lib/libtk8.6.dylib". If your complaint is that running xmaxima runs /usr/local/bin/wish rather than /opt/local/bin/wish, then that could be a matter of setting your $PATH environment variable so that /opt/local/bin precedes /usr/local/bin (or so that /usr/local/bin is removed), or it could be an absolute path hardcoded in xmaxima that needs to be changed there. Since you said xmaxima was installed from something downloaded from that SourceForge URL, you could report it to that SourceForge project.
