I have opened a pull request with an attempt to update qt5-qtwebengine to 5.15.6 which should support macOS on ARM: https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/12595 I leave it to others with access to full Xcode and/or Apple Silicon Macs to verify that it builds and runs.
