Yes, the one in MacPorts is aging now.

FYI, Dean just released wine-8.7 an hour ago:

https://github.com/Gcenx/macOS_Wine_builds/releases/tag/8.7

It is a fully-encapsulated build, all the libraries inside the app bundle.

I just installed it and it runs nicely on my arm64 Mac
