Any search string starting with ‘http’ seems to result in that 403 Forbidden 
result, e.g.

https://trac.macports.org/search?q=http
https://trac.macports.org/search?q=httpx
https://trac.macports.org/search?q=https
https://trac.macports.org/search?q=httpfoobar
