Question:

What is the latest version of icu supported by mavericks? I have icu @74.2_0,
and icu @76.1_0 installed. It seems that there are some gui apps like
'KeePassXC' that will not run when icu @76.1_0 is active. If I "upgrade" icu
will macports rebuild installed dependents? If it does, what happens if the
dependent fails to rebuild successfully? The older version of icu would no
longer be installed, so the already existing dependent would no longer run?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!
