Recently I found me urged to move with my old hardware (MBP 11,2) to OCLP
Sequoia to continue using Xcode for some App development.
Xcode 26.0.1 started to work fine. I believe I did not include to upgrade the
XCode command line tools.

Now I wanted to do some update in another area and I got the following:

$ sudo port update pinentry-mac
Password:
Error: Current platform "darwin 24" does not match expected platform "darwin 20"
Error: Please run 'sudo port migrate' or follow the migration instructions:
https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration
OS platform mismatch
    while executing
"mportinit ui_options global_options global_variations"
Error: /opt/local/bin/port: Failed to initialize MacPorts, OS platform mismatch
$ sudo port migrate
Error: The Xcode Command Line Tools package appears to be installed, but its
receipt appears to be missing.
Error: The Command Line Tools may be outdated, which can cause problems.
Error: Please see: <https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#reinstall-clt>
$

I'm a bit lost not knowing where to start first. macOS Version is Sequoia
15.7.1 (OCLP) . Before I do something thoughtlessly from one of the recipes
in the referred links, I'd rather ask here for an advice how to proceed in this
situation. Thank you for helping.
