Hey Daniel, Check in the console (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app) to see if there are any more specific warnings that get logged when you attempt to log your app. Have you verified the built architectures of all the binaries in your .app bundle with `file`? Also, you might try re-installing MacRuby. If you don't get this resolved by the weekend, I should be able to take a closer look.
