I'm going to add a Gemfile and .rvmrc file but the tutorial is there: http://www.macruby.org/documentation/website-contributions.html Once you load the site with the new design, you will see some placeholders and things that could be improved. I think what would be nice would be to show why MacRuby is valuable and help devs getting started. Probably a list of recipes to do simple things with Cocoa would be great, as Cocoa is a beast for new comers.
