I noticed that when I search for my product on Apple downloads it does not come up in the search popup, and in viewing all of the search results it does not show up until the second page. Specifically:
Searching for "Ringer" (the product name) yields nothing in the popup and only shows up on the second page in all search results. Searching for "ringtone" yields nothing in the popup for Ringer but does show a download for a competing product and Ringer does not show up at all in the all results page. Ringer does have the term ringtone in its description but not its name. I do not see anyplace to define keywords for products on the submission page. My question is: am I missing something in the listing process that would aid in the product placement? Are others seeing similar issues? Thanks in advance.
