Hello, Have any of you started selling software without first incorporating your business? I'm almost finished with my app (HA! I love that one!), and my current plan is to begin selling licenses right away as a sole proprietorship, and then convert to an LLC later down the road.
Is this a feasible plan? I'm planning on launching around the time of WWDC this summer. Thanks for your advice, Jon
