This is fascinating... I've been doing the sole proprietor thing for about a year, and planned to set up an LLC so that I could be "legit" (I know that is subjective and alone is not a reason to do it). Now I'm curious: is there anybody on this list who did set up an LLC, and now regrets doing so? Or wouldn't bother if they were doing it over again? -- Ben
