I'm doing something similar. I host multiple domains on a single linode
node. I have it configured to forward email from those domains to my
personal Gmail account.

I have Gmail filters configured to label the messages based on what email
address they were sent to.

I also have Gmail configured so that I can send mail as any of those
addresses through Gmail.

Having everything go into a single bucket that I can organize drastically
simplifies things for me.

One example, is that I have my iPhone set to receive push Gmail, so all my
mail accounts push directly to my phone.

I hope this is helpful.
