Seriously though, Dan, your post is fantastic. It reminds me of this customer 
support issue I had last month. Thankfully, i never heard back after the last 
email. I wasn't sure what I'd do if my 'learn how to use your computer' gambit 
failed.

(app and person names are removed to protect the innocent, but the conversation
