And this is the true tragedy in this situation. I—and I believe many other of my fellow objectors—actually really do believe in the end-user vision for these products. Unfortunately, no other companies seem to be ready/able to provide real competition in this direction. When the Apple platform comes saddled with the repugnancies it does, and nobody else seems to be providing true alternatives to be interested in, it leaves one in quite a quandary.
